As many have already mentioned, the service here is extremely good. Very friendly, courteous and generous. The menu is attractive and the prices are totally okay. If you look at the restaurant from the outside, you would assume that you are paying significantly more. I find the ambience very cozy, so that you can stay a little longer after dinner and maybe order a glass of wine.

We love to come here again and again. Sado is a thoroughbred restaurateur, the kitchen is neat and the atmosphere great. Only parking is difficult, just walk a few meters.

We fully recommend Bistecca in our neighborhood. The service quality leaves nothing to be desired. The staff looks after its guests attentively and courteously. The food, we prefer fish and a good piece of meat as well as the starter selection up and down, never disappointed us. Even if the image from the outside suggests a high-priced gastronomic offer, the prices of the good quality of the service and delicious dishes are reasonable in our opinion. The ambience is appealing and cozy, if a little dark. It has its own good style. Five stars because ... 2 stars for the delicious food and good wines 2 stars for the friendly, extremely courteous service 1 star for cleanliness and cozy ambience

One of the worst dining experiences. Heaps of wrong or forgotten orders from 9 people. Food partly ok, partly absolutely weak for the price.

Unfriendly service, had to wait two hours for the food, sometimes wrong orders delivered. Food was still delicious, therefore a star.

We went to Bistecca for the first time today and what can I say? A great restaurant with an incredibly courteous service and the food is awesome. I can only recommend the salmon noodles. Really very delicious. 100% recommendation :)

The restaurant makes a somewhat upscale and distinguished impression. It has a nice ambience. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The menu has a smaller amount of mainly Italian dishes. The prices are medium, for the upscale ambience and the good location in the middle of Dortmund even rather cheap. There is a cheap lunch menu with 3 courses. There were fresh rolls with butter as an appetizer. My Pizza Diavolo was there after x minutes, Italian with thin dough and very good. The dough was loose and still crispy. The pads were fresh and tasted delicious. Also the two dishes of my companions, once salmon with salad and once chicken steaks on spinach were very good. The parking situation is rather bad around the restaurant. The toilets were clean.
